Executive coaching: how a Headteacher turned round her development office

Joanna, a Headteacher, was relatively new in post and even though her development office had been established for several years, staff turnover had been high and very little fundraising had taken place. Her experience and intuition told her that things were not as they should be.

My one-to-one development coaching helped Joanna identify exactly what she needed to put in place for her to step up her school’s development programme. By the end of the meeting, she had a defined set of actions to help her establish the real issues and opportunities.

Joanna left feeling reassured and that she was on the right track. She left with a clear plan of action that would enable her to gather the intelligence to inform her decision about how to move development forwards.
