Resilience in uncertain times

With continued uncertainty, and relentless demands on our time, even the most experienced people can have their resilience knocked. What do you do when you notice you are quick to feel irritated by colleagues or have lost the bounce in your step?

Resilience isn’t inherent – it’s a skill we learn and develop. My coaching workshops and webinars explore the link between self-care and physical and psychological resilience, helping participants find ways to boost their energy so that they feel their best at work. By drawing out individual preferences, participants leave with a personalised plan that works for them so that can move forward with energy, positivity and purpose.

Empowering young people in education to improve their emotional health and resilience

Life has become even harder for young people as they adapt to new restrictions amidst an uncertain educational and career landscape. Research shows there is widespread anxiety about exams and university prospects. What do you do when you are on the front line and need to support young people to cope with the increased pressure to perform?

My coaching workshops and webinars are delivered both online and in person:

  • webinars last between 60 and 90 minutes
  • full-day workshops can be online or face-to-face.
